KEEP THE GLOW Summer is drawing to a close, but that doesn't mean you have to immediately leave behind everything that felt good. The long evenings, being outdoors, moving, less rushing, and more room for spontaneity. September slowly gets the normal rhythm going again. Agendas fill up, work and school start again, and before you know it, your head is already full of everything that needs to be done. Rise & Rave is a morning to take some of that summer energy with you. To start your day not with your phone or your to-do list, but with music, movement, and people who are eager to wake up together. An hour when you don't have to go anywhere for a while and still leave full of energy. We start gently with organic and melodic house. Music that slowly gets you moving and gives you space to wake up. Then we build up further. The tempo picks up, the energy in the room grows, and John Mills takes us to a powerful finale.
